Pastor Terrell Somerville
Lead Pastor
God gave Terrell the “vision” for Freedom Church and he accepted the challenge for a new church plant in 2000. Terrell is the founding pastor. He is a graduate of Oakland City University with a degree in Religious Arts. Terrell firmly believes in the power of the Word of God to change lives. Therefore, he is a careful student of the Word of God, preaching it to meet the needs of every day living. He previously served one church as senior pastor and one other as student pastor. He and his wife, Shanda, have three daughters: Lily, India and Chloe. Lily is married to Cody Freeman and they have one son named Ezra.

Pastor Kevin Dobbs
Executive Pastor
Kevin Dobbs serves as the Executive Pastor of Freedom Church. He is responsible for the daily operations of the church. He is responsible for all financials and serves the other ministry Leader. God has gifted him with great planning, excellent standards and a positive spirit. Kevin and his wife, Stacie, have a daughter, Courtney, and a son Jacob.
Pastor Chad Dunning
Student Pastor
Chad Dunning serves as the student pastor at Freedom Church. He ministers to middle and high school students from the 6th to 12th grade at The Edge on Wednesdays. He is passionate about teaching students not only the word of God, but doing life from God's perspective. He and his wife, Michelle, are both Portland natives and have two sons, Nolan and Mason.
