Freedom Church believes in local and global missions to fulfill the Great Commandment and Great Commission. We can impact our world together. Stateside and foreign church planting to reach souls for Christ is top priority not to mention so many other outreach efforts to change lives. Stay Connected

Meeting in Small Groups makes us complete people. We have all had the experience of feeling lonely while being in a large crowd. At Freedom, you will never have to endure these experiences. We all have an innate need to be receivers and to be givers. This is what builds relationships. If our needs are not fulfilled, we will risk experiencing poor self worth, feeling that we don’t belong, and a lack of real purpose in life.

We invite everyone to reach out, get connected and stay connected as they experience new relationships that will truly be life changing. Groups that meet in homes or meet because they have a common interest often develop life long friendships.

Prayer & Encouragement Ministry

Freedom Prayer Ministry team is a group of individuals that meet every week to pray for the needs of the church and the community. Individuals needing prayer may contact the church office at 615.451.6299 or put your request on a “Communication Card” and place it in the offering basket. The prayer team will be notified as well as the Pastors of the church. If desired, your request will remain anonymous.

If you are interested in being a part of the prayer team ministry, contact our church office or the prayer team coordinator.

FC Student Ministry

We desire that High School and Middle School students connect with God and experience His love and grace during these formidable years. To accomplish this, we offer a variety of opportunities at Freedom Church . FC Student Ministry consists of students grades 6th-12th grade. They meet each Sunday morning at 10:45am for a worship service that meets the demanding needs of this age group. Their service is creative, relevant, and exciting to challenge them to reach their God potential. A variety of events are scheduled throughout the year! They also meet every first Wednesday of the month at Freedom Church from 6:30-8:00 p.m. This opportunity offers a time for worship, food and fellowship! Guest speakers and worship are some of the elements of the Wednesday night meeting. CHECK IT OUT!

Praise Band

It is the mission of Freedom Church to develop a praise band whose driving force is leading the congregation in passionate worship. This group of musicians accompanies the Worship Team. The band includes keyboard, drums, bass, rhythm guitars, lead guitars, etc… Members must audition and give a one-year commitment. Members must also attend a weekly rehearsal and be available for services outside the normal morning service time.

Tech Team Ministry

Are you into graphic design or video editing, do you like operating a sound board, are you able to operate a computer? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Tech Team may be just the right fit for you. The Tech Team is an integral part of the Worship Team providing the sights and sounds that take worship to a whole new level.

Freedom Church uses up to date technology in presenting all of the elements of our worship services. Website, sound, lighting, video, projection, etc…are all used at Freedom. We are always looking for people who are gifted and have experience running sound or operating video equipment and also for people who are willing to learn. If you desire to serve with our Tech Team and can give a one-year commitment to this ministry, you may contact our church office at 615.451.6299.

Outreach

The Mission Of Freedom Church is simple…It’s Loving God, Loving Others, Serving The World. It’s reaching up to God, reaching in to our church family, and reaching out to love the world that Christ gave His life for. It is our heart to touch the lives of as many lives as possible with the love of Christ both locally and globally. Throughout the year, we challenge the people of Freedom Church to personally outreach in their network of friends and family, but also corporately we challenge our people. From Honduras to the mountains of Appalachia, the people of Freedom Church have invested their lives in the lives of others. Locally, we strive to show God’s love in practical ways through Servant Evangelism. Whether it has been a Gas Buy Down, A Car Wash, or a Garage Sale to help victims of the 2008 tornados, Freedom Church seeks to fulfill Christ’s Great Commission to “Go into all the world…”
