To join us for the Israel 2018 Tour, please download and print the following application, and bring it along with your deposit by our church office Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm or on Sunday before or after one of our services.

If you are not able to bring your application by physically, feel free to email or fax it to us. You can make your payments online or by mailing a check. If you make your deposit online, please add a 3% service charge.
