Are you ready to grow in your faith, leadership, and purpose this summer?
The Freedom X Summer Internship is an immersive summer leadership experience designed for students who want to grow deeper in their relationship with God while gaining real, hands-on ministry experience. Whether you feel called into ministry, want to strengthen your leadership skills, or simply desire to grow spiritually, this internship is built to challenge, equip, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
Over the course of the summer, interns will experience intentional discipleship, leadership training, ministry preparation, and real-world opportunities to serve across multiple areas of church life. This is more than volunteering—it’s a chance to develop character, leadership, confidence, teamwork, and practical ministry skills that can impact the rest of your life.
Interns will spend time learning from pastors, ministry leaders, and team members while also participating in behind-the-scenes ministry environments, leadership conversations, and hands-on service opportunities. Every week includes intentional teaching, mentorship, team development, and practical application.

Tuesday, June 9 – Wednesday, July 29, 2026
Weekly Schedule
Tuesdays | Leadership Development + Ministry Preparation
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Students will participate in leadership development, biblical growth, team building, ministry preparation, practical training, and mentorship opportunities.
Wednesdays | Hands-On Ministry + Debrief
2:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Interns will gain real ministry experience through hands-on serving opportunities, ministry support, and team debrief sessions designed to help process, grow, and learn from each experience.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants should be:
Entering junior year of high school through college senior year
Actively following Jesus or seriously exploring Christian leadership
Connected to Freedom Church, a partner church, or recommended by a trusted leader
Available Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the full duration of the program
Teachable, responsible, humble, and willing to serve
Available on Sundays for serving and ministry opportunities
Able to complete all required safety requirements

To maintain a high-quality mentorship experience, only 12 interns will be selected for the 2026 Freedom X Summer Internship.
